We are only open from 9am-12pm on New Year's Eve and Christmas Eve!!
You may make a reservation for Boarding, Grooming, Daycare, Request A Tour or need more information through our online forms.
Please note that your reservation is not confirmed by the auto response confirmation. You will receive a SECOND CONFIRMATION (if you dont recieve a second confirmation with your pets details you DON'T have a reservation), our office will send you an email stating whether your reservations have been confirmed or if we are unavailable to take your dog for the requested time.
If you do not receive an the 2nd email confirmation from us within 72 hours - please phone us or email us direct at email@example.com. This is very important as we don't want to have to turn anyone away.
Please note that our business hours during the during the months of October-April are by appointment only! Please be sure to give us an exact time of pick up or drop off, and notify us if you will be unable to make that appointment.
We fill up fast over holidays, so we recommend you make the reservation at least two weeks prior to your dog's intended stay.
To make sure we have a space for your dog during the summer weekends, we recommend that you make your reservation at least three weeks prior to your dog's stay.
We require proof of the following vaccines upon arrival:
Dogs: Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella
Cats: Rabies, FVPC, and Feline Leukemia
If your pet is not up to date on these vaccines, they must be given at least two weeks prior to your pet's stay. This is not negotiable.
For Training Reservations you must call the office and schedule an appointment for a Free Evaluation, once the proper program for your dog is determined, we can then make your Training Reservation.
